
Meet Nicole
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), with a master's degree in counseling. I specialize in trauma therapy, utilizing EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS. I work primarily with adult clients (ages 18+), guiding them through healing and recovery, by addressing the deep connections between mind and body.
I've spent over a decade working with individuals, couples, and families. One thing I have learned is that we all carry a story. Our life experiences shape how we navigate the world. Sometimes those experiences are deeply painful, and it can be hard to make sense of them on our own. My role is to help you work through those challenges so you can feel grounded, confident, and at peace. You deserve a life free from anxiety and the weight of past triggers. Meet Tiffany
With a deep passion for whole-person healing Tiffany works alongside individuals to help restore physical health through nutrition, lifestyle and faith-centered support. She believes that the body, mind and spirit are deeply connected- and that healing must honor all three.
Drawing from personal experience, ongoing education, and years of caring for others informally, Tiffany now brings gentle, evidence-based guidance to those navigating fatigue, stress, gut health challenges, hormone imbalances, and more. Her approach is compassionate and practical- meeting each client exactly where they are and helping them take the next step toward wellness. Tiffany is currently completing her certification as a Functional Nutrition Counselor, with the goal of serving clients from a foundation of both science and personalized care.

My Approach
I work with individuals struggling with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and disordered thinking. Many of these mental health issues are rooted in past trauma. I have discovered that trauma exposure, including single episode, multiple or repetitive events nearly always have a destructive impact on people and subsequently their personal relationships. Together we will examine the ways you relate to your world, focusing on your individual concerns. We will work to uncover the source of your pain and discover how to effectively connect with yourself and build healthy relationships with the people in your life.
I utilize trauma specific techniques including somatic experiencing and EMDR. In addition, I utilize Gestalt techniques, IFS and DBT. If you are seeking a faith-integrated approach, I am happy to incorporate faith-based principles into our work together at your request. Wherever you are on your journey, I am committed to walking alongside you.
